CSS: recommend using jo2.css

    Unless you love the purpleish-orangy theme in jo.css, I recommend folks use jo2.css. It uses most of the same png files, it's just cleaner and more app-like. :)

    Nice .css, and thanks for working on this project, dave!

    I found Jo last autumn and I really think its a great way to create good looking and flexible webs/apps...

    Thanks! There are also some folks contributing more themes, hopefully we'll see those hit the codebase soon. :)
